EDUCATION & HEALTH

St.Brigid’s College Secondary School, Kilkenny

This project gave us the opportunity to deliver a modern learning and teaching space whilst working in a live school / convent environment. Liaising with stakeholders to minimise disruption while extensive demolitions were taking place and working closely to phased programming and handovers.

Our Task

Demolition, refurbishment and new build of St Brigid’s College Secondary School. The improvement and upgrading of the existing educational, social and administrative space of the school to meet the educational needs of the school as outlined in the Department of Education and Skills project brief.

Lyrath Estate Hotel Limited, Kilkenny

The features that make recreation and leisure facilities appeal to its end users must also be viable for their proprietors to maintain and develop. We worked holistically to provide a high standard of quality and finish in this job to the satisfaction of our client’s objectives.

Client Background

The Lyrath Estate Hotel is a luxury 5 star Kilkenny hotel. The Lyrath Health Club Kilkenny features a 17-metre infinity edge pool, a state of the art fitness centre, a sauna and a jacuzzi.

Our Task

The delivery of both adult and kids swimming pools, jacuzzi and gym in a 5 star luxury hotel. Also the the creation of outdoor landscaped areas in view from the side of the swimming pools.

FIT OUT

Sheehy Motors, Kildare

We implemented a refurbishment and fit out that delivered a modern and welcoming showcase area to facilitate both the needs of our client’s staff and their customers. The showroom environment and reception area had a contemporary fit out within a bright and accessible space.

EQUESTRIAN / STUD DEVELOPMENT

Castlehyde Stud, Cork

The opportunity to deliver a new build to a world-class thoroughbred stud farm was a challenge we confidently delivered upon. This project included complicated demolitions carried out in a live environment and demanded a very high standard of finish; all of which were delivered to client satisfaction with attention to staff and animal welfare.

Client Background

Coolmore Stud is one of the world’s biggest and best thoroughbred racehorse breeding operation. A highly-professional and experienced staff combined with excellent facilities provide the best possible environment for raising thoroughbred racehorses. This was a new build for their Castlehyde Stud farm in Cork.

Construction of new courtyard stable block consisting of 24 stables, covering shed, lunging ring and associated siteworks including septic tank and effluent treatment system, loading ramp, farm road and alterations to existing site entrance.
