Business as usual is imperative for many of our clients who are developing their facilities whilst still trading in a consumer or service setting. Many of our projects have required us to work around businesses who remained open to the public throughout construction.
Our collaborative approach with our clients ensures users of their services (and neighbouring buildings) are not disrupted whilst construction is taking place and businesses remain open, accessible and safe. Projects were completed for nursing homes and schools which remained open during works. Particulars include works carried out within hospital environment, extensive landscaping, external timber cladding carried out in co-operation with adjacent businesses. Complicated demolitions carried out in a live environment. New canteen building works and re-roof of existing structure with finishes to Department of Education specification.
